Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team. The RMO will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients under the supervision of senior medical staff. Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide roundtheclock medical care to patients admitted to the hospital.
  • Conduct medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Assist senior medical staff during surgeries and medical procedures.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records.
  • Participate in training and educational activities as required.

Qualifications:
BHMS/BUMS/BAMS/MBBS

  • Medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license and registration with the relevant medical board.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
