Description
We need a Scrum Master/Program Manager for AXF to assist with the following:

  • Coordinate all scrum ceremonies/meetings
  • Help to build mature, selforganizing agile teams
  • Monitor LEAP metrics and ensure AXF maintains green status
  • Remove impediments or blockers
  • Communicate status & team health
  • Coordinate external team needs

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in Agile methodologies, with Agile certification preferred; and prior experience with enterprise software preferred.
