Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
• End to end responsible for the operation and application solution. Ensure the application is scalable, stable and extensible.
• Responsible to perform research, development and POC on new technologies and development approaches.
• Responsible for mentoring and training the application teams. Design solutions, frameworks and creative in reducing TOIL by identifying common tedious manual patterns.
• Provide operational assistance and guidance; monitoring, management, disaster recovery, security compliance/auditing, networking, storage, service brokers and build packs.
• Work with customer Service Desk, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Change Management Processes for all Cloud Services.
• Establish and maintain continuous delivery pipelines for deployment of Pivotal Cloud Foundry and related products infrastructure.
• Design and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to deliver customer apps to production, fostering a culture of continuous process improvement.
• Continuously learn and be at the leading edge of Pivotal and industry trends.
Requirements
• 5+ year experience in programming using Spring/Springboot.
• 2+ years' experience working on or leading teams performing systems automation and integration (ideally leveraging an agile methodology / lean techniques).
• 2+ years' experience with Concourse, Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, TeamCity, and other Continuous Integration tools.
• Competence in using scripting + programming languages to automate frequently executed activities.
• 2+ years IaaS experience (vSphere / ESXi / AWS / GCP / Kubernetes).
• Expert knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows systems.
• Expert knowledge of networking and related technologies ().
• Experience with production systems and dealing with production issues.
• A clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models.
• Experience with a platform as a service product such as Cloud Foundry, Elastic Beanstalk, or similar.
• 2+ years' experience with automation / orchestration tools
• Some experience working with NTP, SAML, oAuth 2, Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of systems monitoring, alerting and analytics (AppDynamics, Logstash, Splunk, etc.)
