Description

Telecalling (50%):

Outbound Calls:
Initiate outgoing calls to prospective students and parents using the provided script.

Student Engagement:
Engage with students in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and address their queries and concerns.

Program/Service Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the programs or services offered effectively communicate their benefits to potential students.

Lead Qualifying:
Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for sales or further engagement.

Generate Walk-Ins:
Schedule appointments or meetings for program advisor or other team members, as required.

Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.


Administrative Duties (50%):

Data Entry:
Input and maintain data in the company's database and CRM system.

Documentation:
Prepare and maintain various documents.

Facilitates Workshops:
Provide administrative support to the team as required to fecilitate workshops on campus.


Work experience and Qualification skills:

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferable for the education industry.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow scripts and talking points while adapting to students' responses.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
