Description
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Telemarketer. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote our educational courses to prospective students through outbound calling campaigns.


Responsibilities:

1.


Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our courses or who fit our target demographic.

2.


Course Promotion:

Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of our courses, including course content, learning outcomes, and any promotional offers or discounts available.

3.


Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on their level of interest, budget, and suitability for our courses.

4.


Sales Conversion:

Effectively guide prospective students through the enrollment process, address any questions or concerns they may have, and ultimately close sales.

5.


Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system, follow up with leads as necessary, and provide ongoing support to enrolled students.

6.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other members of the sales team and share insights and best practices to achieve sales targets.


Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
