We are hiring a dedicated person for the position of Client Relationship Executive for the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Reaching out to the existing customers and following up with them, understanding their requirements and demands, maintaining and nurturing the relationship with them, collecting their feedback and testimonials, understanding their experience and working out avenues to improve upon the same, ensuring repeat sales in the process, thus ensuring a lasting relationship with the organisation and increasing lifetime value of a customer
  • In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain proper documentation of the same.

Requirements & Criteria

  • Age up to 30 yrs
  • Must be soft spoken, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and good patience.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
  • Should be habitual with the use of computers.

Responsibilities include

  • Calling & answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Salary:
₹120, ₹180,000.00 per year
