Operational Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue through sellout plans.
  • Coach,Guide and mentor Promoters and Merchandisers to maximize their performance.
  • Use data to identify gaps in the system and revenue actualization.
  • Analise counterlevel opportunities, lost sales and potential sales to improve the sales outlet level.
  • Optimize PO collection and supply effectively to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage people level BCP at the unit level
  • Manage the infrastructure at the outlet
  • Coordinate with central terms to ensure sales operations are run in the most effective manner possible
- share daily weekly monthly reports and action plans to OM and sales head on the periodic manner.


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Kuttippuram, Kerala (required)
