  • Dealer Marketing.
  • The purpose of your role will be to implement, strategize, plan, develop & monitor the inmarket marketing initiatives as well as consumer experience for the H-D Brand to enhance and maintain consistency across the network in their particular zones. The incumbent will have a zonal responsibility for the in shop consumer experience as well being the custodian of the touch/feel and experience of the Harley-Davidson brand across all dealerships from where H-D motorcycles are retailed through in their operating Zone
    A purpose driven role for you
  • Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Adapt & execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment with the core strategies of the organization
  • Formulate zonal strategy to boost brand KPIs basis the inputs from the brand team
  • Implement Digitization of the consumer journey: right from Hyper Local Marketing to dealership experience, push/pull messaging to after sales rating
  • Collaborating with teams (Brand, activation, finance and HOG) for creation of collaterals including promotional and strategic activities
  • Implement a process to evaluate ROI for each activation to determine the effectiveness of budget allocation & guide future spending decisions
  • 6. Develop an SOP for product display to have a common brand narrative across all the touch points in sync with the brand team

A Day in the life

    Academic Qualification & Experience
  • MBA with core specialization in Marketing/High relevant experience
  • 5+ Years of experience in Retail Marketing/ Activation, Customer Retail Experience & Strategy development,, stakeholder management

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of marketing both traditional and Digital
  • Understanding of customer behaviour in different parts of country
  • Research oriented, with an ability to sense consumer behaviour and driven by "consumer first" approach
  • Analytical Mindset

Behavioural Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams effectively
