    Description

    Job Title: Business/Product Analyst at NTT DATA Services, Bangalore

    Are you someone who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business solutions and product features? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN) as a Business/Product Analyst.

    About the Role:

    • Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into requirements
    • Document acceptance criteria and streamline processes for product capabilities delivery
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and IT teams
    • Drive business process design, connect business strategy with product features, and become a subject matter expert

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Guide strategic technology and functional dependencies for product roadmap development
    • Create business cases, conduct requirement gathering, and perform feature gap analysis
    • Write use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria while driving business process design
    • Understand and contribute to scrum rituals, such as Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Planning
    • Familiar with Scrum, Agile methodologies, Enterprise Application Development, and software procurement processes
