Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Oversee daytoday office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations;
- Maintain office procedures and policies, ensuring they align with company standards;
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels;
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovations when needed;
- Handle administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data entry;
- Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and overseeing mail and deliveries;
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events;
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies;
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external queries, directing them to the appropriate departments;
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient office operations; Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (we prefer freshers or someone with experience of 612 months)
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Organized and resourceful
- Customerfocused
- Active listener
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
