Responsibilities:


Issue Resolution:
Effectively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.


Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Clear and concise communication is crucial in delivering quality customer support.


Product Knowledge:
Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.


Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all relevant information is recorded in our systems.


Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing customer needs, processes, and company policies.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to share insights, provide support, and contribute to a positive team environment.


Qualifications:

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


Adaptability:
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
