Job Description:
Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops. 1st level of support under warranty.
OS Support on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 & other O365 System Software support.
Software Support on Office Automation, Anti
EXPERIENCE US CLIENT HANDLING WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION.
