ROC Accounts Executive(IPO Work)
Roles & Responsibility:
- Companies Registration
- Keeping Track of Returns and
Financial Statements:
All registered companies' annual returns and financial records must be filed with the ROC. This makes sure companies stay transparent and follow the law.
- Checking Company Records:to inspect company records when required. This is a helpful way of ensuring companies are playing by the rules.
Exp:
Min 2-5 Yrs in same profile will be preferred
Qualification:
Bcom/BBA
Salary:
INR 15K to 25k/month
