Must have exp in foam pad or foam design with seating Background

Product Design Experience in automotive foam Pads
Good Understanding of foam pad A and B side Surfaces, trim tie downs, over
Builds, Minimum radii etc.
Good understanding of manufacturing process is expected: Tooling Considerations

- various types test procedures etc.

Experience in CAD design of foam pads, A and B sides using UGNX will be Essential.
Experience in complete seat is advantageous
Flexible to learn other seating commodities like plastics etc.
Develop and lead a team of design engineers to achieve the program deliverables
Mentoring of the team via formal and hands on training programs.
Key owner for teams' performance appraisal
Leads the customer and internal design and program reviews.
Ensures that everyone in the team is aligned towards the organizational expectations.
Process oriented approach
Good verbal and written communication skills

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
