Job Summary:

As a tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential associates over the phone to introduce our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate leads or sales.

Your excellent communication skills and persistence will be essential in establishing positive relationships with clients and achieving monthly targets. This role is crucial in our efforts to expand our customer base and enhance our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective associate to promote our products/services and inform them about our offerings.

Associate Engagement:

Build rapport with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their questions, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly sales or lead generation goals set by the organization.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of associate interactions and transactions in Excel sheets.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the features and benefits of our products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information to associates.

Feedback:
Report associate feedback and concerns to the supervisor or relevant department for continuous improvement.

Adherence to Guidelines:
Follow established scripts and guidelines for associate interactions to maintain consistency and quality in communication.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.

A pleasant and engaging demeanor on the phone.

The ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently.

Basic computer skills

Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
