Knowledge generation through technical literature search and library work.

Active participation in brainstorming and assist idea generation

Design experiments based on the available technical input from literature search, superior's advice and technical input from a discussion in a team

Execution of the lab experiments, monitoring the process, detailed characterization using the scientific methods / tools, recording the results as per company norms and analyzing the data in presentable form.

Sharing the results with superior on regular basis and take actions on possible path-forward of the further experimental work.

Constantly search for the innovative solutions by product search, literature search, attending conferences and proceedings and brain storming

Keep abreast with the current technical knowledge after discussing with superior and demonstrate in newer technology concepts at lab work

Contribute to technical presentations in internal / external forums

Write the technical paper draft for publications in national / international journals of repute, technical report for the respective projects Cat 1, 2 and 3

Comply with Asian paints EHS standards and ISO standards in line with the laid policies of APL
