Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Incident, Change, Problem
- and Service Request management

  • Solving incidents of customers in time
  • Logfile analysis and root cause analysis
  • Participating in major incident calls for high priority incidents
  • Leading Problemmanagement to solve Application issues
  • Creating Service Requests for Customers to provide Reports and Statistics
  • Escalating and informing about incidents in a timely manner
  • Documentation of Tasks, Incidents, Problems and Changes
  • Documentation in ServiceNow
  • Documentation in Knowledgebase (Confluence/OneNote etc.)
  • Adding requests for Monitoring
  • Adding alerts and thresholds for occurring issues
  • Amendment of processes
  • Implementing automation of tasks

Your skills and experience

  • Degree in computer science or similar
  • Very good experience in Oracle SQL, Linux, WebLogic, DAP, Fabric, ServiceNow, Confluence, UCD, Word, Excel
  • Experience with ITIL Processes and ITSM
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English written and verbal
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Excellent skills in working in a team and communicating in a team
  • Excellent skills in listening and analysing
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Service and customer oriented mindset
  • Skills in reacting and working fast in case of outages
  • Exposure to Google Cloud & working knowledge of SRE & DevOps implementations would be a plus
