Experience:

  • Total experience: 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or tourism industry.
  • Minimum experience: 12 years of experience in similar role.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.


Eligibility:

  • Only male applicants are required.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Profile Introduction:


As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Transport/Tourism, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships with travelers.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with booking transportation services, including flights, trains, buses, and tours.
  • Provide accurate information regarding schedules, fares, destinations, and travel packages.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving for swift resolution.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless travel arrangements and resolve any logístical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customercentric approach.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
  • Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
