Location:
The position is based out of the Company's Kalyani Nagar, Pune Office.

However, the employee may be required to shift to any other office, which the company may establish in India or abroad.

The following provides a detailed description for the position of the Supervisor. Actual duties performed may vary slightly.


General Position DescriptionThe Supervisor is responsible for Housekeeping and other support staff, directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. Arranges for internal office moves and provides arrangements for office meetings.


Duties

  • Assigns staff duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
  • Arrange shift of housekeeping and other support staff whether inhouse or third party.
  • Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
  • Coordinates work activities among departments.
  • Conducts orientation training and inservice training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
  • Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Prepares reports concerning department expenses.

  • Flow chart to be prepared as the time of cleaning of each cabin.
  • Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
  • Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
  • Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies.
  • Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.
  • Screens job applicants, hires new employees, and recommends promotions, transfers, train and dismissals.
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the office services department.
  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
  • Making sure that utility bills are paid on time.
  • Taking care of quotation for various requirements of the gym.
  • Keep record of all third party attendance and compliance like life guard, valet, housekeeping, pool cleaning, security or any other.
  • Responsible for all maintenance work.
  • Dealing with vendors.
  • Handling work related to electrical and Plumbing.
  • Ensuring documentation of all vendors list, quotation, renewals and all details including payments to be maintained.
  • Taking care of AMC of all equipment and timely renewals.
  • Managing and handling events.
  • Absence of supervisor work has to be done.
  • Any other work assign by reporting head.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
