Description
Carry out the day-to-day sourcing process(e.g., RFI, RFQ, RFP) to ensure the most
competitive supply advantage
Ensure timely and cost effectiveness of all
maintenance, repair and operating
supplies for BBP's offices
Manage the contract purchasing for
insurance certificates from contractors
and maintains current files
Negotiate purchases of assigned materials
and services based on analysis of data,
pricing, structure, terms, delivery,
warranty provisions, shipping
requirements, tax status, and any other
comparable items to ensure vendor
performance
Review specifications and ensure materials
ordered meet proper quality standards
Coordinate with all departments to obtain
the best quality of materials and services
at the lowest overall cost
Review invoicing/pricing issues and
communicates with vendors regarding
payments, etc.
Maintain contacts within the vendor
community in order to source and select
the best vendors and ensure the vendor
has the ability to meet quality
specifications and delivery requirements
Compose and issue correspondence and
maintains purchasing files
Responsible for stock check and inventory
management
Ensure calibration of in-house
instrumentation and equipment
Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
