Profile Introduction:


Join our dynamic team as an International BPO Customer Support Representative and embark on a journey where you'll interact with customers from around the world, providing top-notch service and solutions.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to document interactions, update customer information, and track issues to resolution.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or BPO industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

Salary:

₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
