Work will be from Salt Lake - Kolkata office.

Total Experience Years

Must have experience in Banking /Insurance Domain


Roles & Responsibilities for Scrum Master

  • Have excellent knowledge of
    Agile, Scrum,
    and Kanban:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Scrum Master
  • Should have experience as a developer working on Scrum Master
  • Have experience working with multiple teams
  • Good understanding of
    Jira and Confluence tool:

  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in selforganization
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed
  • Communication skills are a plus, as you will be communicating with the development and scrum teams and product owner.
  • Leadership skills are a must as well

Pay:
₹1,500, ₹2,200,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolkata,

West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
