Tele calling / Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls. Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers.Providing business consultation to clients from all across the globe.
Previous experience in tele calling role is a plus
Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focused approach.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
Job Types:
Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
