Manage travel requests, bookings, and payments, and ensure compliance, policies and procedures.
Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively - airlines, trains, transport, and hotels.
Well versed with Online Travel booking portals & Hotel bookings.
Communicate with the employee travelling regularly and to them updated on the logistics.
- Experienced in:
- including visa processing
- travel booking
- coordination with vendors
- hotel arrangements
- to and fro commute arrangements
- foreign currency and exchange
- expense reports
- vendor negotiations
- dealing with customer care
Requirement:
Good communication and inter-personnel skills
Attention to details
Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing and Time Management skills
Good negotiation skills.
Good at multi-tasking.
Salary:
Up to ₹264,000.00 per year
