BIM Coordinator ( Contract Basis)

We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our client's team on a contract basis in Chennai.

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of BIM technology on projects.

Education:

BE Civil Engineering / Architecture

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate BIM workflows and processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM into project workflows.
Manage BIM models and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture, Engineering
4 5 Years Experience working with BIM software Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Strong understanding of construction principles and project management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
Depends on interview and current CTC
