Description
b) Communicate in a modern & intuitive way for all the branding & marketing campaigns.c) Addressing the chatbot queries by providing stellar customer service.
d) Create & send sequence of automated messages that are required to reply at certain intervals.
e) Initiate conversations with people, who have seen the ads & are interested in our materials.
f) Engage in two-way conversations to build the trust with customers.
Location:
Kalyan nagar Bangalore
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service (required)
