Description

As the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for Primary Sales and New Business Development in our Punjab location, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.

Primary Sales Management: Manage primary sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and target setting for the assigned territory in Punjab.

New Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue streams. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and developing innovative sales strategies.

Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers to ensure effective distribution of products and achieve sales targets.

Team Leadership and Training: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the team's performance and productivity.

Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Prepare regular reports and analysis to track sales performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell the company's products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.


Pay:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
