  • Banquet Sales Coordinator
Location - Nashik Maharashtra

Salary : 25,000 to 30,000 Per Month. + Food And Accommodation

Education - Diploma or Degree in hotel management

Experience

  • Total Experience 5 Years in Hospitality industry


Minimum Experience - 2 to 3 Years of Proven experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality coordination, preferably in a banquet or catering environment.


Job Overview:


The Banquet Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of banquet events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

They are responsible for coordinating with clients, managing bookings, and ensuring the seamless execution of events to meet or exceed customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients inquiring about banquet services.
  • Consult with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Booking Management:


  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate event spaces and arranging site visits as needed.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, outlining event details, terms, and conditions.
  • Coordinate event bookings, ensuring availability of facilities, staffing, and resources.

Event Planning and Coordination:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, audiovisual, and facilities management, to ensure all aspects of the event are planned and executed smoothly.
  • Create event timelines, detailing key milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities for staff and vendors.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on event planning progress and address any concerns or changes in requirements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:


  • Actively promote banquet services to prospective clients through marketing initiatives, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Upsell additional services, such as catering upgrades, audiovisual equipment rentals, and décor packages, to maximize revenue.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the banquet department.

Customer Satisfaction and Follow-Up:


  • Ensure that all client requests and preferences are communicated accurately to relevant departments and staff.
  • Attend events as needed to oversee setup, execution, and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct postevent evaluations with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Other Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and event management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
