Key Responsibilities:


  • Participate in sessions with clients and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support enduser adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize clients requirements
  • Document and analyze required information and data
  • Proactively identify and address issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption.
  • Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications.
  • Perform research and implement best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications -

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Potential or experience in people coordination skills.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
