We are looking for an insurance Business sales Executive to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.

Responsibilities:


  • Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
  • Contributing to meeting sales targets.
  • Keeping uptodate with industry developments.
  • Answering customer queries.
  • Mediating disputes with customers.

Requirements:


  • Any Graduate can apply
  • Age between 22 to 38 years
  • Exp. Min 1 to 4 years in sales and marketing
  • Be able to provide mentorship.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹325, ₹410,000.00 per year
