Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4+ years' experience in Bid, tender, RFP in 1) System Integration, 2) Data Centre Solutions, Smart city / safe City Solutions 3) IT Consulting 4) IT Services

Key Accountabilities_

Manage the endtoend bid process.
Responding to reactive and proactive bids / opportunities
Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.
Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents,

follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.

Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the prebid minutes
Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid
Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till end
For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tieups.
Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and

upcoming bids and tender

Requirements:

24+ years' experience in Bid, tender, RFP in 1) System Integration, 2) Data Centre Solutions, Smart city / safe City Solutions 3) IT Consulting, 4) IT Services
Prior experience in eProcurement, GeM and other government bid portals
Good knowledge of RFPs is required
Strong relationships with OEMs is preferred

Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
