Full Job Description

Programming and Setup:

The VMC programmer should be proficient in creating programs for VMC machines and setting up the machine with the correct tools and fixtures.


Quality Control:

The VMC programmer should be responsible for ensuring that the components produced are of high quality and meet the specifications and tolerances outlined in the blueprint.


Optimization:

The VMC programmer should constantly look for ways to optimize the machining process to reduce cycle times, minimize waste, and improve productivity.


Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

The VMC programmer should be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process, as well as perform regular maintenance on the VMC machine to ensure it is functioning optimally.


Communication and Collaboration:

The VMC programmer should be able to effectively communicate with other team members, including engineers and machinists, to ensure that the components produced meet the desired specifications and are delivered on time.


Safety and Compliance:

The VMC programmer should be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the machine is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.


Solidworks:
He should be able to design layouts on Solidoworks


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Khanna, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • VMC programming: 5 years (preferred)
