Description

PURPOSE To be the central administrative assist and point of contact for global deployment intake from commercial to the deployment function.

SCOPE OF ROLE Maintains and owns the deployment inbox
Acts as a gatekeeper for deployment intake
Assists resource allocation across the deployment functionDuties

Guide the deployment inbox ensuring that SLAs are met:
Replying to queries
Gatekeeper for specification documentation
Liaises with project portfolio directors on project manager assignment to deployment projects
Creates and updates on a daily basis a tracker to measure inbox volumes and classification of requests by category/region/individual
Facilitates and allocates resources to deployment projects which require resources which are not part of the SLA team
Writes reports and completes assessment on metrics across the deployment function on a preagreed basis monthly and quarterly
Works collaboratively across all Deployment functions and guide stakeholder engagements with commercial teams.

Experience & KNOWLEDGE
Professional

Written and spoken English fluency
Good working experience with MS Office suite
Experience with guiding shared Inboxes
Excellent record keeping credentials
Experience to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
Experience to comprehend and follow the strategic direction set by senior management

Personal

Experience to act freely and use their initiative
Experience to establish and maintain multiple priorities and meet tight established time frames with attention to detail and strong organizational experiences
Driven team player with a solutiondriven, valueadd focus

Experience

2+ years of professional experience in an administrative role.
