Job Profiles

Production planning to be carried out as per business production & dispatch plan
Having good experience of efficient operation of cement mill with roller press.
To ensure smooth & safe operation
Monitoring operational parameters of all equipment's
To ensure productivity enhancement and reduction in specific power consumption
Keeping record of grinding media charging and monitoring of wear rate and mill power & throughput.
Review daily basis of output various equipment's and ensuring their optimum utilization to bring cost effectiveness in operation
Plan and ensure proactive renewals, compliance of BIS requirements with 100% implementation at QC laboratories with zero tolerances.
Observe, maintain and review the trends to achieve strategic plan goals.
Monitoring the moisture content in raw material and take corrective action in process
Tracking and monitoring of quality data in lab operation.
Arrange for sampling and testing of market cement samples as per TRC guidelines.
To ensure safe working environment for Cement Mill operation & Raw Material handling operation.
To implement / follow / participation in all Safety Standards, WCM & ISO system for the excellence of the organization.
Minimize power consumption & Maximize Production by optimum Mill operation with maintaining consistent quality parameters.

Problem solving skill
Awareness of Safety Standards

Qualification & Experience:
Chemical Engineering/B.Tech (Chemical) with 10-15 years' experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor Of Engineering

Minimum Experience Level:

10-15 Years
