Job Brief

Job Function:

Managing Google calendars for trainers
Provide ongoing guidance to trainers teaching the course and deal with any questions and problems
Monitor the progress of the course and provide feedback to teaching staff if required
Uploading course content on college portals & IIDE LMS (Learning Management System)
Actively participate in the planning and development processes within the team
Ensure that the course is being run in accordance with general departmental guidelines
Contribute to the moderation process for final course results
Responsible for making reports and presenting them to management
Analyze feedback and statistical data and report on the course
Follow up with necessary stakeholders via phone calls and other channels of communication
Reach out to corporates and understand their hiring needs and pass the learners details for their placements.
Help make the learner industryready

- by regular counseling sessions, arranging guest lectures, helping learner's update their CVs and teaching them about the best practices.

Managing the portfolio of corporates with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts for hiring learners in premium jobs across all industries.
Plan the hiring events and coordinate with learners and other stakeholders to make it a success.
