Key Responsibilities

-
Instruction and Classroom Management:


  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging coding lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Manage classroom behavior and promote respect and discipline.

Curriculum Development:


  • Develop and update curriculum plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials for coding and programming courses.
  • Ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry standards and school objectives.
  • Incorporate technology, handson projects, and interactive activities to enhance learning.

Assessment and Evaluation:


  • Design and administer assessments, projects, and exams to evaluate student progress.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Student Support:


  • Identify and address individual learning needs and provide additional support to students as needed.
  • Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full academic potential.
  • Foster a supportive and safe learning environment.

Professional Development:


  • Stay current with educational trends, developments in computer science, and best teaching practices.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies.

Parental and Community Involvement:


  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
  • Participate in parentteacher conferences and school events.
  • Engage with the community to promote the school's computer science program.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Education or Computer Science is preferred.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in coding or computer science is preferred.
  • Experience teaching at the secondary level is a plus.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
