Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers in Nepali and Hindi
  • Promote our topnotch products/services and highlight their benefits
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
  • Maintain accurate records and update the customer database
  • Achieve individual and team targets to drive our growth

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Nepali or Hindi languages
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
  • A customercentric approach with a passion for helping others
  • Previous telesales or customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Basic computer skills and a quick learner
  • A positive attitude, selfmotivation, and the ability to work independently

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
