ROLE:
Principal - SAP

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead SAP PIPO and overall SAP integration function as part of SAP implementation and integration projectsDesign integrated architecture and advice on best practices for SAP landscape designSupport the SAP PIPO integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to golive and post golive support.

Effort estimation delivery planning of interfaces.- Designing interface solutions based on Functional Specifications in line with SAP best practices.- Maintaining technical specifications and performing handson build in the SAP PIPO System as per development standards.

Owning the technical delivery of interfaces driving coordination between different stakeholders involved to ensure successful end to end deployment.- Participate in knowledge management capability building activities in the organization.

Drive sessions on Integration with customer IT teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Overall 12 plus years of experience in SAP integration using various technologies including SAP PIPO10+ years of experience working with various versions of SAP PIPO including 7.5.At least 3 end to end project lifecycle implementation rollout projects as integration Lead and architectExperience in SAP PIPO migration upgrade activities would be an added advantage.- TECHNICAL SKILLSSOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g.
