Job Summary


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the 24x7 Security Operation Center operations.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for Managed Services Security, Business Continuity and Security Operations management.
  • Administer, develop, enhance and own the SOC processes and procedures, ensuring effective operations.
  • Work with the customer and internal to develop and maintain security plans, procedures, and other documentation as required.
  • Constantly review existing methods and approaches, addressing any communication or process gaps.
  • Spearhead new client implementations in close coordination with the team.
  • Responsible to frontend with client to resolve any concern/escalation.
  • Ensure security incidents and properly categorized, prioritized and escalated.
  • Monitor the resolution of security incidents and tract the closure of cases within defined timelines.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to help team members enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously improve SOC processes and workflows for better efficiency.
  • Implement automation and advanced technologies to enhance threat detection and response.
  • Ensure that potential threats are investigated promptly and accurately.
  • Manage and optimize security tools used within the SOC.
  • Evaluate and onboard new security technologies, if required.
