We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Tele caller to be a part of our Institute.

What we are looking for?

Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value of our services.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Empathetic, positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle objections and rejection.
Flexibility to adapt to changing processes, policies, and industry trends.

Role:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in our courses.
Provide detailed information about courses and Follow up leads
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities forconversion.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes, customer experience, and overall team performance.

Salary plus incentives provided.
