Principal Job Description:


  • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Institute community, guiding its mission, goals, and values.
  • Administration: Oversee the daytoday operations of the Institute, including budget management, staffing, and facilities.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement an effective curriculum that meets educational standards and student needs.
  • Student Discipline: Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment by enforcing Institute policies and addressing disciplinary issues.
  • Communication: Foster open communication with students, parents, staff, and the wider community to promote transparency and collaboration.
  • Professional Development: Support the professional growth of teachers and staff through mentoring, training, and opportunities for advancement.
  • Student Achievement: Monitor student progress and academic performance, implementing strategies to support student success and achievement.
  • Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community organizations, and educational partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges and issues that arise within the Institute community with a proactive and solutionsoriented approach.

Pay:
₹18, ₹22,000.73 per month
