Roles and Responsibilities:

Ideate, shoot, and edit daytoday content in the form of photos, graphics, videos,

and GIFs primarily for our social media channels.

Create content for social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry
Scheduling and uploading posts on a regular basis.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Communicate customer concerns and needs to respective departments.
Develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals. Enhancing the company's social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brandfocused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
Engage with followers and communicate any request from the same with concerned teams.
Work with the content and creative teams to put plans into action
Managing and monitoring social media handles of the Organization and its clients end to end.
