Roles and Responsibilities

Interview Process_
- Post Recruitment on board activities ensure employees are provided with their placing, JD, and overall employee satisfaction.
Joining process compliance_
- Issue offer letters, compensation structure documents
- Collect necessary documents for employee verification
Reports to be submitted
- Weekly recruitment status
- Attrition rate of newly joined staff (Monthly basis)
Salary:
₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- RAVIPURAM, Kochi , Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
