USA Sales Executive


Experience : 2-4 years

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Respond to client questions and concerns, follow up on quotations.
  • Assist in the completion of RFPs for the purpose of obtaining new projects.
  • Engage in research for the purpose of expanding personal and Company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing and sales, etc.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Sales Department
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
  • Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads strategically selling the company's various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing
  • Build cross functional relationships within the prospect in order to penetrate the account further by focusing on director/ Clevel engagement
  • Consistently achieve license and recurring service revenue targets
  • Offering proactive solutions to improve the performance of key metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities of additional revenue generation, lead creation for upselling other services provided by the organization.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development and improvement ideas
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop Enterprise lead generation plans

Desired Skills and Competencies:


  • US region
  • B2B enterprise sales Experience in Auto, Mobility, Retail, etc.
  • Engineering or/and MBA from a reputed college
  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Demonstrated excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent client relations, interpersonal and communication skills, through which you can influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Monitoring sales and market trends within specific industries
  • Coordinating delivery of product or services
  • Understanding pricing strategies
  • Has achieved annual revenue target of USD 2M
  • Well connected with leadership team of Fortune 500 in USA region
