Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

CRM System Management:


  • Administer and maintain the CRM system, including user access, data integrity, and system configurations.
  • Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.

Data Management:


  • Manage customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain data quality standards.

Workflow Automation:


  • Design and implement workflow automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.

Reporting and Analytics:


  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decisionmaking.

User Training and Support:


  • Provide training and support to CRM users across departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.

Integration and Expansion:


  • Explore opportunities for expanding the functionality of the CRM system to meet evolving business needs.

Customer Segmentation and Targeting:


  • Segment customer data based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop personalized marketing strategies and messaging.

Customer Feedback and Insights:


  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving products, services, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use customer insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM administration, implementation, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
