Responsibilities:


Curriculum Development:

Develop, review, and update the chemistry curriculum in alignment with academic standards and educational objectives.

Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.


Classroom Instruction:

Deliver comprehensive and interactive chemistry lessons to postgraduate students.

Utilize various teaching methodologies, technologies, and resources to enhance understanding and interest in chemistry.


Laboratory Work:

Plan and conduct laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts and develop practical skills.

Ensure the safe and proper use of laboratory equipment and materials.


Assessment and Evaluation:

Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' comprehension and progress in chemistry.

Provide constructive feedback on assignments and exams to facilitate student improvement.


Student Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are motivated to actively participate.

Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.


Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain an organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

Implement effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and respectful atmosphere.


Professional Development:

Stay abreast of advancements in the field of chemistry and educational best practices.

Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.


Parent-Teacher Communication:

Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding students' academic progress and achievements.

Attend parent-teacher meetings and conferences as needed.


Collaboration:


Collaborate with colleagues within the Chemistry Department and across departments to share best practices and contribute to the overall academic environment.


Qualifications:

Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification.

Previous experience teaching chemistry at the postgraduate level is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
