To ensure customer requirements are delivered within a collaborative environment and agreed timelines.

  • Experience and knowledge in various Ivanti/AppSense components such as Environment Manager, Application Manager and Management Console.
  • Creating and managing Environment Manager policies based on requirements.
  • Managing user profiles using Environment manager personalization.
  • Deployment of Environment Manager and Application Manager configuration to endpoints using Management console.
  • Troubleshooting user personalization related issues.
  • Understanding of Application Manager and policies.
  • Incident, change and Problem management ITIL process overview.

Primary Skills:


  • Experience and knowledge in various Ivanti/AppSense components such as Environment Manager, Application Manager and Management Console.
