Key Responsibilities:

System Administration:
Manage user access and permissions within the Risk Management System.
Configure and customize the RMS to meet organizational requirements.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates and patches.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
Data Management:
Oversee data input and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor data quality and integrity within the RMS.
Develop and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
Risk Assessment and Reporting:
Assist in conducting risk assessments using RMS tools and functionalities.
Generate and distribute risk reports to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze risk data trends and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to users on RMS functionality and best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for RMSrelated inquiries and issues.
Develop training materials and documentation as needed.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Implement and maintain controls to safeguard sensitive information.
Support internal and external audits related to risk management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RMS Administrator or similar role, preferably in the stock market industry.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in using RMS platforms and tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream, OpenPages).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. It will be determined based on the interview process.
