Real Estate Telemarketer/Telecaller


  • Make calls to prospective buyers or sellers in the real estate market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, properties, or investment opportunities.
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients and build rapport to understand their real estate needs.
  • Provide information about available properties, listings, and real estate services.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information such as budget, location preferences, property type, and timeline.
  • Schedule appointments or property viewings for interested buyers or sellers with real estate agents.
  • Assist in lead generation efforts by sourcing leads from various channels, including online platforms or databases.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents or brokers to support their sales efforts and provide timely updates on leads.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or issues.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead conversion, appointments set, or sales generated.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethics, and legal regulations related to real estate transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with utmost discretion.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in real estate or sales are advantageous).
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain real estate concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively promote properties and real estate services.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, pricing, and popular neighborhoods.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or real estate software for lead management and tracking.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using standard office software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
