Designation:
Operations Analyst

Experience: 2 Years and above

Work Hours: 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift)


Responsibilities:


  • Entering customer data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for entry Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output Complying with data integrity and security policies Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations Responsible for the overall vendor's accounts, orders, quality, performance and customer experience Ability to develop and share best practices across the teams by streamlining the processes of order fulfillment, Vendor Onboarding, Coverage and Automation To Identify, prioritize & solve ongoing business requirements for a rapidly growing company & Accountable for meeting & exceeding operational goals Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies & procedures

Other requirements:

English Proficiency (Spoken) & English Proficiency (Written)
